No refunds will be given to cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event date. This timeframe is based on when our final numbers are due to venues and suppliers.
Should you not be able to attend the event, a substitute delegate is welcome at no additional cost.
You can earn 7 CPD hours for attending the MFAA conference. Ensure your conference QR code is scanned when entering sessions and visiting exhibitor stands. Your CPD hours will automatically be uploaded to your MFAA membership record within two weeks of the conference.
You will receive a confirmation email to the email address supplied on your registration form. Closer to the event we will email your access QR code to the same email address. Please bring this to the registration desk to collect your name badge for entry. Registration opens at 8.00am on Thursday 25 July.
