ICC Sydney has equitable and step-free access to every conference and exhibition area. Step free entrances are available at Iron Wharf Place and Woodward Fountain via automatic sliding doors. Internally, elevators to all levels are located on the ground floor to the left of Convention Café or to the right of the Customer Service Desk. For more information visit the ICC website.

Infra-red emitted hearing augmentation systems are in place in all meeting rooms and theatres.

Complimentary hearing augmentation devices (hearing loops) are available to guests at the MFAA registration desk located on level 2 in the Darling Harbour Theatre foyer.

In order to collect a hearing augmentation device, a form of photo identification must be supplied. We do ask that the device remains on premises, and that the hirer return the device to the registration desk when no longer required. For more information visit the ICC website.

Braille is provided on room door signage and fixed directional signage throughout the venue, including:

  • any door exiting the building e.g. Ground Floor Exit
  • bathroom doors, both entry and cubicle
  • all Hearing Augmentation signs, located beside most meeting room entry points or at the Customer Service desks
  • all Parent Rooms
  • exit signs beside the Fire Escape doors, together with a Refuge Point sign alongside each
  • all buttons inside lifts and most external buttons.

No. You must purchase a ticket for the entire day’s program.

We understand that circumstances can change, and that you may need to cancel your registration or the registration for an accompanying person. Please note the following:

  • All cancellations must be notified in writing to events@mfaa.com.au.
  • No refunds will be given to cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event date. This timeframe is based on when our final numbers are due to venues and suppliers.
  • Should you not be able to attend the event, a substitute delegate is welcome at no additional cost.

You can earn up to 8 CPD hours based on your attendance. CPD hours are earned when you attend conference sessions, workshops and the exhibition. These hours will be automatically uploaded to your MFAA membership record within two weeks of the conference.

You need to ensure your conference QR code is scanned when entering a session or workshop.

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address supplied on your registration form. Closer to the event we will email your access QR code to the same email address. Please bring this to the registration desk to collect your name badge for entry. Registration opens at 8.00am on Thursday 25 May.

No. The price is set at $220 (inclusive of gst) per person which is excellent value for a one-day conference.

  • Appropriate footwear is required (no thongs please).
