5. To enter the competition, your name and contact details must appear as a registered attendee of the MFAA Virtual Conference 2020 and you must reside in Australia.
6. Only MFAA members may enter the competition. Exhibitors and sponsors (including those that are MFAA members), and non-members and MFAA staff members and the immediate family members of each of these entities are not eligible to enter the competition.
7. To qualify for entry, you must earn a minimum of 500 points by completing activities on the MFAA Virtual Conference event platform including visiting a virtual stand, having a one-on-one conversation with an exhibitor and answering questions about the presentations featured on the day, before the draw takes place. For every 500 points earned you will receive one ticket into the draw.
8. The winner will be selected using the EventsAir platform gamification app
9. The winner will be announced by the Conference MC on the MFAA Virtual Conference event portal on each conference day at approximately 2.45pm (AEST) at Sightline Productions premises at 25 Carlotta Street Artarmon NSW 2064.
10. Winners will be notified via email using the email address provided on registration of the conference.
11. The results will be published via the MFAA Virtual Conference app and on the MFAA Virtual Conference website https://mfaa.eventsair.com/2020-mfaa-virtual-conference/
12. Any and all costs associated with entering the competition will be the responsibility of the individual entering.
13. By entering the competition, you agree that the winners’ name can be announced.
14. The MFAA reserves the right to further publish winner information as it sees fit.
15. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
