The industry has been through much scrutiny and change over the last 18 months. Post the Royal Commission, the industry has faced new and emerging legislative and regulatory change, technology pivots as well as broader economic and market fluctuations. These changes have brought about a new era requiring brokers to be adaptable and flexible whilst ensuring their business remains relevant to their clients’ evolving needs. 

Succeeding in the new era is the theme for MFAA’s Virtual Conference 2020. The conference aims to arm our members with the knowledge and skills to help them deal with the changes, learn new ideas, maintain motivation, be inspired and to walk away knowing they can succeed in the new era.
