Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He lives in Sydney with his wife and three children.

Biography

Stephen joined the MFAA at the beginning of 2014 in the role as the Head of Marketing and Communications. He has previous held senior roles at organisations including News Ltd, Accor Services and Ogilvy where he was Managing Director of two agencies. He has worked across all areas of the marketing and communications including digital, PR, advertising, and client acquisition. His campaigns and programs have received both local and international awards.

At the MFAA his team develops marketing programs and tools to assist brokers be more effective business managers. He also assists brokers with their growth aspirations including thousands of free marketing consultations with broker business to improve their promotional assets. He was part of the project team that delivered the two effective awareness campaigns that turned the tide of opinion during the Royal Commission period being ‘Your Broker Behind You’ and ‘Don’t Kill Competition’.
