Never before has there been such focus on integrity, ethics and ‘doing the right thing’. The finance sector is tentatively emerging from a period of unprecedented intense scrutiny. Expectations have been redefined and standards redrafted. While some will forge on, clinging desperately to the status quo, others will pivot and lean in to the new world, embracing sustainability, individual accountability and the notion of ‘radical transparency’. Countless studies show that consumers, millennials in particular, flock to those at the forefront of this revolution. So are you ready for success in the next economy – one that is driven by purpose, sustainable profits and authentic transactions?
