Download the entry kits below for the categories you wish to enter. 

The MFAA business awards recognise businesses that have demonstrated exceptional performance.

Entrants must prepare a submission for each award that they wish to enter, which will be assessed by a panel of judges. Winners will be recognised at each State Excellence Awards with the overall national winner announced at the National Excellence Awards.

Downloading Instructions

1. Click the Download button on the entry kit you wish to download

2. Once the document opens you will need to go to File>Download

3. The document will open in Word and you will need to enable editing in order to start writing your submission

4. Then save to your computer
